These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Table4Thirteen website, digital platform, membership features, event access, and all related experiences or services offered by Table4Thirteen Ltd ("Table4Thirteen", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing our website or subscribing to any membership tier, booking an experience, or attending an event, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not continue to use our services.

1. About Table4Thirteen

Table4Thirteen is a private members' platform curating refined social, lifestyle, and cultural experiences. Through a tiered membership model, we offer access to exclusive events, content, brand partnerships, and a connected digital community.

We facilitate access to both physical and digital experiences at partner venues but do not own or operate these venues unless explicitly stated. Your participation in any experience is subject to the terms of both Table4Thirteen and our partner hosts.

2. Membership Tiers & Benefits

Table4Thirteen offers four distinct membership tiers. All tiers include access to our digital community, booking platform, curated content, and partner discounts.

2.1 The Connoisseur

• Free Soho House Friends membership
• Free Odyssey Standard Concierge access
• Priority booking for high-demand events
• Early access to new programmes and features
• 15% off premium event programmes and workshops
• 20% discount on selected partner products and services

2.2 The Patron

• All Connoisseur benefits included
• Dedicated concierge for bookings, upgrades and personal requests
• 20% discount on selected partner products and services
• Priority support and scheduling

3. Subscription Terms

• Memberships are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen tier.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least one working day before your next billing date.
• You can manage your subscription through your online account or by emailing us at memberships@table4thirteen.com.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing, benefits or tier availability with a minimum of 30 days' notice to existing members.

4. Event Credits & On-Demand Access

• All paid Table4Thirteen members have access and passes to all public and signature events
• Extra events may be booked on-demand with a member discount.

5. Cooling-Off Period & Cancellations

5.1 Cooling-Off Period (for new subscribers)

• Under UK consumer protection law, you are entitled to cancel your membership within 14 days of joining ("Cooling-Off Period").
• To cancel, email memberships@table4thirteen.com within this window.
• Refunds will be processed minus the value of any services or experiences already accessed.
• No refund will be given if you have used your membership benefits during the Cooling-Off Period.

5.2 Subscription Cancellation

• Monthly memberships may be cancelled any time with at least one working day's notice before renewal.
• Annual memberships (Patron) are a 12-month commitment and cannot be cancelled mid-term.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

6. Venue Access & Conduct

• Experiences are subject to availability and may change without notice.
• Venue admission is contingent on availability, partner rules, and guest list requirements.
• You are responsible for your behaviour during any event. Any damages caused by you at a venue are your responsibility.
• Table4Thirteen reserves the right to revoke access or terminate membership for misconduct or breach of etiquette.

7. Digital Access & Community Use

• Your Table4Thirteen profile is personal and must not be shared or transferred.
• You may not operate multiple accounts, impersonate others, or use the platform for commercial promotion without express permission.
• You are responsible for maintaining secure login credentials.
• Users must be at least 18 years old to register, join, or participate in any experience.

8. Billing, Fees & Refunds

• All fees are charged in GBP and collected via the payment method on your account.
• Refunds are not provided for unused days or features unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to introduce additional services or premium features for a fee.
• You may update your billing information at any time via your profile settings.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, branding materials, and experiences is protected by intellectual property law.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or alter any materials without written consent from Table4Thirteen.
• The Table4Thirteen name, logo, and associated content remain the exclusive property of Table4Thirteen Ltd.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Our website and experiences are provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, availability of specific venues, or continuous service functionality.
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, injury or inconvenience resulting from the use of our platform or attendance at any experience.

11. Amendments

• We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
• Substantive changes will be communicated via email or through your membership dashboard.
• Continued use of the platform or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
