
Membership Agreement

This Agreement sets out the terms under which you ("Member", "you" or "your") subscribe to Table4Thirteen's membership programme. By applying for, activating or continuing any membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
1. Membership Tiers & Benefits
We offer four tiers, each with its own fee structure and benefits. All benefits are subject to availability and may be revised at our discretion.
1.1 The Connoisseur
- Fee: Billed monthly; no joining fee
- Partner Discounts: 20% off selected products, experiences and services
- Perks:
- FREE Soho House Friends membership
- Odyssey Concierge service (24/7 support)
- Priority booking & waitlist jump
- 15% off premium programmes
- Early access to new features, pilot events and surveys
1.2 The Patron
- Fee: Billed annually; no joining fee
- Partner Discounts: 30% off selected products, experiences and services
- Perks:
- All Connoisseur benefits in full
- Dedicated concierge support for bookings and introductions
- Exclusive annual "Founders Gathering" retreat
- Annual welcome call and proactive event recommendations
2. Term, Renewal & Fees
- Subscription Period: Monthly (Connoisseur) or annual (Patron).
- Automatic Renewal: Memberships renew automatically at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled in line with Section 5.
- Fee Changes: We may adjust fees with at least 30 days' notice to active members.
3. Conduct & Use of Benefits
As a Member you must:
- Comply with all community guidelines and venue rules.
- Use benefits personally.
- Behave respectfully towards staff, partners and fellow members.
Breaches may result in suspension or termination without refund.
4. Cancellation & Termination
4.1 Member-Initiated Cancellation
- Monthly Plans ( Connoisseur): Cancel at least one working day before renewal; benefits remain until period end.
- Annual Plan (Patron): Must complete a 12-month term; to avoid renewal, cancel at least one working day before your anniversary.
4.2 Table4Thirteen-Initiated Termination
We may suspend or terminate your membership without refund if you:
- Violate this Agreement or our guidelines.
- Engage in harmful or illegal activity.
- Fail to pay fees when due.
5. Events, Experiences & On-Demand Purchases
- Booking: Subject to availability.
- Member Cancellations: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before start; thereafter non-refundable.
- We-Initiated Cancellations: You receive a full refund or priority rebooking.
- On-Demand Purchases: Non-refundable once access is granted, except if we or the provider cancel. Third-party terms may apply.
6. Refunds
- Processing: Approved refunds are returned within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
For serious illness, bereavement or other hardship, contact hello@tableforthirteen.com. Cases are reviewed on a discretionary basis; partial refunds, or rescheduling may be granted.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
Table4Thirteen facilitates partner-led events and experiences. You participate at your own risk and must follow all venue and partner policies. We disclaim liability for personal injury, loss or damage.
9. Privacy & Intellectual Property
- Privacy: We process your data per our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- IP: All Table4Thirteen content, branding and materials are our exclusive property. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
10. Amendments & Governing Law
We may update this Agreement; material changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued membership after changes indicates acceptance. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes to be heard in its courts.
