Job Purpose
As the Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in the seamless planning and execution of our diverse portfolio of events, ranging from networking sessions to wellness retreats. Reporting directly to the Head of Event Operations, you will ensure all events meet our high standards of excellence while providing outstanding administrative and on-site support.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning and Coordination
- Provide administrative support for all events, including managing schedules, invitations, reminders, and attendee communications.
- Communicate consistently with speakers, facilitators, judges, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met.
- Take ownership of on-site event registration and attendee management for all events, ensuring smooth operations.
- Offer support for online events, managing platforms and addressing attendee queries (no prior platform knowledge required).
- Act as the main point of contact for event talent, managing logistics, briefings, and communication.
- Create detailed event sheets to ensure all logistics (e.g., catering, audio-visual needs, guest lists) are prepared.
Operational and Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate databases for nominations, bookings, and attendee lists.
- Assist in the preparation of event materials such as PowerPoint presentations, evaluation forms, and delegate lists.
- Manage online operations for judging days, including event setup, invitation distribution, and day-of execution.
- Handle event registrations, including bookings, payments, and enquiries, while ensuring accuracy in booking systems.
- Collaborate with the Design team and Copywriters to ensure on-brand promotional assets are delivered on time.
- Monitor event sign-ups and liaise with Marketing to support promotions.
- Manage supplier relationships, raise purchase orders, and liaise with Finance to ensure timely payments.
Event Execution and Post-Event Procedures
- Provide on-site support for weekday morning/evening events and occasional weekends.
- Manage post-event communications and track analytics for reporting and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all events are recorded in team diaries, and inbox management is maintained.
General Responsibilities
- Undertake additional duties as reasonably directed by management.
- Maintain effective communication with all colleagues and leadership teams.
Person Specification
Essential Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event coordination, preferably with Awards and Conferences.
- Exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, ideally within B2C or B2B sectors.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with Zoom, Teams, InDesign, Canva, and online event platforms like Hopin or Airmeet.
- Knowledge of WordPress and Eventforce is a plus.
- Confidence in engaging with clients and event talent or a willingness to develop this skill.

As the Social Media Manager at Table4Thirteen, you will lead our organic social media strategy to acquire, engage, and retain our audience, establishing our brand as an industry leader. You will optimise cross-platform strategies, develop tailored approaches for each platform, collaborate on engaging content creation, and ensure our channels maintain a clear, impactful tone. Additionally, you will monitor performance, analyse data, and refine our digital presence from both a B2C and B2B perspective.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy and Execution
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Lead and Content team to develop and execute Table4Thirteen’s organic social media strategy.
- Plan, create, and manage content across platforms, aligning with brand goals and product messaging.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of social media accounts, creating visually appealing and engaging multimedia content.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster an active online community.
Campaigns and Content Creation
- Execute tailored campaigns for each social platform, creating brand narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Work with the Content team to develop strategies that support B2B and B2C lead generation and awareness.
- Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager to ensure ad creative aligns with organic brand positioning.
Analytics and Optimisation
- Track, analyse, and report on key social media performance metrics.
- Use data insights to optimise campaigns, content effectiveness, and audience engagement.
- Research and implement innovative strategies to enhance digital activity and maintain a competitive edge.
Trend Monitoring and Influencer Collaboration
- Stay updated on digital and social media trends, tools, and technologies.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and thought leaders who align with Table4Thirteen’s values.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to inform strategy.
Team Management
- Manage one direct report, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that supports professional growth.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Social Media Manager or equivalent.
- Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook.
- Proven experience developing platform-specific content strategies aligned with brand goals.
- B2B and B2C experience is essential, with a background in Learning & Development or Events preferred.
- Proficiency in social scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Sprout) and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics).

The Strategic Partnerships Account Manager will be pivotal in driving long-term, impactful partnerships and increasing revenue across defined sectors.
